What to eat?
Fruits and vegetables including whole grains, seeds, beans, and nuts should be eaten often. Your diet should consist of whole foods only. Processed plant based proteins and highly processed fats and sugars should be replaced with wild fish, dehydrated fruit and vegetable juices, and fermented dairy products.
