- 1 teaspoon activated charcoal
- 1 teaspoon raw cacao
- ½ frozen banana
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk, non dairy milk, or water
- ¼ piece of lime
- ½ teaspoon turmeric, sprinkle on top
