- 1 cup apples, sliced thin 1/2 lime, juiced
- 5-6, 2 cup servings
- 2 cup kale, chopped
- 2 cups, romaine, chopped
- 2 cups, spinach, chopped
- 1 cup watercress, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 cup shredded coleslaw mix, or 1⁄2 cup shredded cabbage and 1⁄2 cup shredded carrots 1 cup jicama, sliced thin
