Ingredients

  • 1 and 1⁄2 cans of 15-16 oz can chickpeas (about 32 ounces total) 2 small avocados
  • 1⁄2 cup red pepper, chopped
  • 2 Table. tahini (sesame paste)
  • 2 teas. garlic
  • 1 teas. coriander, ground
  • A handful of fresh cilantro/coriander
  • Half of a small red onion Juice of 1 lime
  • Himalayan pink salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Drain chickpeas
  • Cut and dice up the avocados
  • Chop the cilantro/coriander (also the stems, if you like) Dice up half an onion
  • Throw everything into a bowl, add spices and lime juice Season with salt and pepper
