With roasted sesame paste (tahini), cilantro, and lime.

Ingredients
- 1 and 1⁄2 cans of 15-16 oz can chickpeas (about 32 ounces total) 2 small avocados
- 1⁄2 cup red pepper, chopped
- 2 Table. tahini (sesame paste)
- 2 teas. garlic
- 1 teas. coriander, ground
- A handful of fresh cilantro/coriander
- Half of a small red onion Juice of 1 lime
- Himalayan pink salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions
- Drain chickpeas
- Cut and dice up the avocados
- Chop the cilantro/coriander (also the stems, if you like) Dice up half an onion
- Throw everything into a bowl, add spices and lime juice Season with salt and pepper
