- 1 cup organic apple cider vinegar
- 1⁄2 cup honey
- 1 cinnamon stick or 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1⁄2 teas. Black (nigella) seeds (optional)
- 1 1/3 cups extra virgin olive oil
- 1 drop cinnamon oil (optional)

Instructions
- 2 cups
- Heat vinegar, black seeds, and cinnamon stick or cinnamon on medium to low and reduce to 1/3 cup. Remove from flame; add honey and stir over heat until mixed.
- Remove cinnamon stick. Whisk in extra virgin olive oil until emulsification is stable. Stir in cinnamon oil.
