- 4 cups pineapple, cut into small pieces 1 medium sized jicama, thin strips
- 1 seedless cucumber, thin strips
- 1 cup watercress, finely chopped
- 3 limes juiced
- 1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1⁄2 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt
- 1 Tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon Panela raw sugar
