  • 4 cups pineapple, cut into small pieces 1 medium sized jicama, thin strips
  • 1 seedless cucumber, thin strips
  • 1 cup watercress, finely chopped
  • 3 limes juiced
  • 1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt
  • 1 Tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon Panela raw sugar
